Success and Mindset – 6 Ideas to Help You Stay on Track With Your Goals and Dreams
Posted by: | CommentsMost times your dreams are forgiving, as forgiving as your lawn. You can ignore it for a while, when you get discouraged and don’t take any action towards your dreams, but if you start taking those small daily actions your dreams, like your lawn will respond.
It’s just like the green grass. If it doesn’t get watered for a while, it turns yellow, you think it died and then suddenly after a few rains, it’s abundant, lush and green looking like nothing ever happened to it. That’s how your dreams and goals respond. Even if you’ve been in a very negative place for a while, if you’re discouraged, you can find hope. You can begin to look for things to appreciate and ways to take action to bring them to life again.
Here are 6 ideas that can help you stay on track taking action to making your dreams reality.
1. Everything you want already exists.
2. Patience.
3. Making peace where you are no matter where it is.
4. Live within each current day as much as possible.
5. Realize you’re doing great no matter where you are, right now.
6. Don’t engage in comparison with other people, unless it’s beneficial to you and usually it isn’t.
Keeping these 6 statements in mind will help you make your dreams become reality more easily and quickly even though it may not seem that way at first. It is finding peace where you are right now.
It’s about accepting and finding something to appreciate and take action on, whatever your present circumstances may be, not so you can just accept it but so you can drop the feelings of need and angst that we all sometimes get that can make us throw up our hands and give up altogether. And that’s when our dreams become brittle and lifeless like the unwatered lawn.
It’s a bit of a paradoxical balancing act. It’s about finding peace, acceptance, self-love where you are right now, releasing the need for things to be different right this second. So you can attract and create something different and better.

How Do I Overcome My Paralyzing Fear of Failure? Questions We All Sometimes Ask
Posted by: | CommentsQ: I wish to know how to overcome fear of failure because my dreams have been crashed too many times. I can’t trust sincerely and completely in my power, or that the universe will provide me all of my big dreams and needs. What can I do to get over this paralyzing fear?
A: Based on my experience getting over my own fears and working with entrepreneurs who face their fears on a daily basis, you’re stuck identifying yourself with your past failures. When you’re living in the past, you don’t realize exactly the stranglehold it can have on your present and your future.
One of my favorite quotes from Tony Robbins says…
Your past does not equal your future.
First, you are not your past failures.
It may surprise you that I say you are also not your past successes. It doesn’t matter what happened in the past because it is over. Each moment is a new opportunity to create either success or failure. And that will be determined by what you are focusing on. If you are focusing on failure, whether past or perceived… you will create more failure.
Second, please change your language!
Notice the words in the question…
• can’t
• overcome
• failure
• dreams crashed
Language is very important and it’s also a very personal thing. I can’t tell you exactly which words to use, but use language that will make you feel better. I’m betting that those words are not making you feel good. Your words are tools that you using to create your feelings. And your feelings will determine whether or not you feel motivated and inspired to take action to change your present circumstances.
Third, re-frame what you perceive as your past failures.
Look at them with a completely different perspective. Find the lesson. Find the blessing. How did the experience help you grow? What did you learn that’s going to help you turn your dreams into reality? Did the experience help you clarify what you do want to create in your life? Make a list of what you learned from it and how it helped you grow. Look for what you can share with others from those experiences.

When people are trying to make changes and be successful in following their dreams, they sometimes get overwhelmed looking at the entire road. This stops them in their tracks from even beginning to create products or whatever it is they want to accomplish.
The truth is that most people will try something new for a few days, like a diet, a new way of thinking, a practice like meditation or a new exercise program. After a few days or a week when they haven’t seen the results they desire, they begin to think “well, obviously, this doesn’t work for me. It may work for other people, but not for me,” and they stop trying altogether, which is why most people never see their dreams come true.
It’s a tragedy because it makes people stop before they truly even begin. It’s been said it takes 21 days to turn something into a habit. Success and goal accomplishment is simply a habit, like most other behaviors.
There are 6 steps I’ve identified that help people turn the overwhelming task of their end goal dreams into reality.
• Step 1- Clarify Your Vision.
• Step 2- Simplify your Physical and Emotional Space.
• Step 3- Set Realistic Start-and-Stop Deadlines.
• Step 4- Masterminding.
• Step 5- Breaking Your Dreams into Small Bite-Sized Actions.
• Step 6- Setting Rewards and Payoffs.
When you do nothing, the path to success gets longer and further away. When you break your dreams and goals into smaller, doable steps, the stepping stones in the path become easier to see and follow. Consistency is the key. Remember, it’s just like the diet that you try for three days… it’s not going to work if you don’t work it.

The Importance of Small, Daily Persistent Decisions
Posted by: | Comments
In this video, I show you “Q”, a horse in my horse show…
It took years of small, daily training sessions for him to be the gorgeous, well-trained animal he is today…
Many times, we could have said “Oh let’s not train today…” but then Q never could have been a part of the show!
Just like the training of Q, your dreams need the small, daily, persistent decisions to keep moving forward so they can become reality!
