Loved the message you sent out from the hospital... I wanted to share with you that, 3 months ago, I made the choice to lovingly cut my very toxic birth family ties. It is/was a gift both to myself and to them, and one that took me 52 years to give. Since then I've been on an incredibly amazing healing journey and am bringing joy, laughter and peace into my life. I have the freedom to become, to learn, to grow, to infuse my life with light - without a constant flow of negativity, judgement,betrayals big and small, and criticism. And who knows?
