Designed to get your week off to a great start and turn Monday into a great day, Monday Morning Motivation will feature Videos and more designed to motivate you to live your best life. I invite you to make it a regular part of your Monday Morning routine.
For our 1st Monday Morning Motivation, we offer a set of Positive Affirmations to get any day off to a great start. You are invited to join in the conversation & share your comments here on the blog after watching…
What I really like is the affirmation the video displays before it even begins – “I can change” – when I was a therapist in my former professional life, it was a very big and encouraging deal for many people when they got it that they could in fact change what they were wanting to change…
For me is: I appreciate myself just as I am, without feeling like I have to justify to other people the way I feel, the way I act and why I do what I do; without feeling the need to explain myself at every other step. Just be myself and feeling I owe it to myself to be true to me, my feelings and my priciples. Clear and simple.
Thank you, Maritza for the inspiration. I even love the tune. Happy and uplifting.

Which one of these is easiest for you to believe and act on? Which one is the most challenging to believe and act on?
Grab both of these and take them with you into your day and week…
