I did a tele-interview this morning with Kwai Yu, Founder of the Leader's Cafe Foundation and he told me at the age of 14 he managed a Chinese take-out kitchen using 3 woks at the same time. I have a hard enough time using a small frying pan in my own kitchen correctly so I understand where you're coming from!
