What Dogs Can Teach Us About Being Happy Now…
Posted by: | Comments| A couple of weeks ago one of my dogs, Menudo had a lump removed from his back leg. The lump was sent for biopsy and was determined to be malignant. One of the options was radiation therapy, until his leg showed signs of no longer being viable.. which means we have to have it amputated on friday. Of course, when they told me I cried and cried and worried about him, but in the last 24 hours… I’ve noticed he’s hopping around great with his three good legs and he’s as happy as ever! Every time anyone opens the fridge, he’s right there begging with the other dogs and he still runs around outside on his three good legs!Menudo has taught me a very important lesson… It’s better to choose to be happy anyways! |  |
