Maritza, this is wonderful advice. Very timely and on target for me and for my workaholic, overachiver, kind to a fault, have to do everything inmediately if not sooner, recovering perfectionist and extremely talented daughter. Thank God she has taught me to stop cold on my tracks, breath deeply and give myself permission to.......laugh out loud, smell the roses, look at shapes in the clouds, pet the dogs, tell stories and listen to children.
Keep up the good work and thanks a lot for the wonderful, very common sense tips.
And yes! selfish sometimes is a great word.
