You could do the old names-in-a-hat random method of selecting- just put in the ones you like best, pull out 3 and see how you FEEL about each of them. Take the one you feel the most resonance with, or if equally suitable to your fine foul then randomly choose from those 3 (or dip back into the hat and go with whatever you pull out). Since you are so connected to him, your choice will be his choice too.

When everyone knows you have chosen more or less randomly, no one feels slighted (if they were inclined to be). In any case, how thrilling to be a part of this magical little event and being!
