Watercolors and tears – How to go on an emotional journey of healing.

During these times, you may be feeling more negative emotion than usual. πŸ˜“

For those of you experiencing even more uncertainty, displacement and upheaval…

As soon as you are safe, allow yourself to FEEL all of it.
The rage, the unfairness, the grief, the sadness, the despair. πŸ’”

Feeling your feelings won’t kill you.

Feeling your feelings will give you relief, it will empty you out to get to the important work of rebuilding.

Feeling your actual feelings IS the most courageous thing you can do. πŸ’ͺ

It’s how you turn yourself into your own hero.

Here’s a recent lesson on how to go on an emotional journey of healing by feeling your true emotions.

I share my journey of healing from the circumstance of infertility.

Supplies Used:

  • Waterbrush
  • Waterproof pen
  • Watercolors
  • Watercolor paper

For the exact supplies I use, click here and go to Simple Supply List.

If you don’t have any of these supplies, you can use a paper and pen.

For those over consuming media and suffering watching others suffer…

Your suffering eases no one else’s suffering and adds nothing to the world but more suffering.
(I have to remind myself of this OFTEN!)

Instead, you can:

πŸ’ focus on your mental and emotional health
πŸ’ pray or send healing energy
πŸ’ do some Heartwork Journaling to process your emotions
πŸ’ google where you can make a donation for relief
πŸ’ find ways to make a difference through your connections

Here’s to choosing to live your life in full color with EVERY SINGLE SHADE from the grief of midnight blue to the joy of sky blue.

Not always easy, but ALWAYS worth it.
