Return Policy for Digital Content
Digital content purchased and/or downloaded from Yuyi Communications LLC is not returnable. If you experience technical problems accessing a download, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
If you are requesting a refund inside of our Satisfaction Guarantee time period (less shipping and handling charges for applicable products), please make sure to follow the directions below: You must submit a request to the Support Team at support @ maritzaparra.com with your refund request; email requests will not be acknowledged. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding your original order: name, order id, product, and date of purchase.
First of all, you must have purchased the item from the Yuyi Communications LLC family of websites. This may sound crazy, but we have had requests from people who have purchased a product from some other person or company posing as the “Real Thing”, selling “less than authorized” (putting it nicely!) copies of our products. We are the ONLY AUTHORIZED PLACE ON THE WEB FOR MARITZA PARRA PRODUCTS… PERIOD! If you don’t buy it from us, do not ask us for a refund!
You must return any physical products received to the address specified by our Expert Marketing Help Desk Support Team. DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO ANY MAILING ADDRESS YOU FIND ONLINE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED TO DO SO! Please do not return your products to the shipping address from which your product was originally shipped, doing so may impact your refund request. We use many different vendors for fulfillment and they are not responsible for items returned to them directly. The returned package must include ALL PARTS of the ordered product, including but not limited to, all forms and bonus materials and original packaging if applicable.Please return all products in like new condition with original packaging.
Once we receive your complete returned package (if applicable), we will process your refund for the purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges. Your refund payment will sent to you by check, to the address that you originally specified on the order, within 30 days of your refund request.
