[Love Note] The Physics of Making Your Dreams Reality.

When you decide to make your dream a reality, there’s excitement, inspiration, anticipation and hope!

Yay! Go Team!

We “see” the end goal.

What you don’t see is the equal and opposite natural reaction, which is usually manifested as fear.

To make your dreams real, you will have to overcome these fears, one by one.

You will fail sometimes.

dreams vs fearsFear will win sometimes.

Sometimes you will fail a lot. Fear will get bigger.

That’s ok. That’s normal.

It’s natural.

Did you read the sentence above?

“equal and opposite natural reaction”

This is the Physics of Making Your Dreams Reality.

Deciding every day, to follow the required actions to make the dream happen.

Keep your Big Whys in front of you all the time.

When you feel fear and experience failure, allow yourself to cry and gnash your teeth.

Then pick yourself up, using what you learned and try again for your Dream.

The cartoon below is from a series of “Lunch Love Note” cartoons I created to put in my boyfriend’s lunch every single day for a year and a half when he went to his corporate job while he was following his dream.

Although he quit his corporate job a while ago (Yay! Go Team!), we still use them and have a scrapbook full of them on the coffee table, for when he and I need them.

I’ll be sharing a series of these to help you stay focused on following the dream, rather than succumbing to the fear!

Such simple gestures go such a long way. How wonderful to find these notes in a lunchbox!
