Practice for recovering perfectionists – Heartwork Journaling fingerpainting mini lesson

This Heartwork Journaling mini lesson will help you:

? move from a “fixed” mindset to a “growth” mindset (thank you Carol S. Dweck PhD)
? recover when you hit a “perfectionist wall” or go on a “perfectionist bender”
? have some self-soothing & healing fun!

I’ll be sharing a simple ways you can use creativity when you’re falling back into perfectionism.

We’ll also do some fun finger painting. The ultimate in non-perfectionism.

This lesson has expired.

It always helps me remember to practice recovering perfectionism in all areas of life.

For this lesson you’ll want watercolors (or another kind of paint will work), a waterproof pen and any other supplies you want to use. See the exact supplies I use here.
