[VIDEO] 7 Secrets of Success: Perfection

It’s time for Wednesday Morning Inspiration!

Are you like me? Have you struggled (or do you still struggle) with being a perfectionist in your business? I know from numerous personal experiences that trying to make everything perfect results in unneeded and unwanted stress and frustration. I had to learn that life sometimes happens and I can’t control everything all the time.

So my challenge to you is this: Stop being a perfectionist and start being a recovering perfectionist. If you can perfect the art of recovering from unexpected mishaps, situations or problems you will not only be able grow in courage but you will see your business succeed in ways you never thought possible!

    Maritza …

I really really really struggle with the issue of perfectionism. I’ve been working on an ebook series for parents raising teenagers and it’s taken me an inordinate and embarrassingly long time to finish it. I’ve tweaked and polished and massaged the ebooks ad nauseum. It’s ridiculous and I know it … but it’s like I just can’t let ‘em go! I think my underlying challenge might be that I lack the courage to set the series free … so I’m working on that. I ran across a quote that I think will resonate with you because you have a way of injecting the issue of Courage into many of your posts. This is a John Wayne quote: “Courage is being scared to death – and saddling up anyway!” Shalom!

Thanks for your comment AND your courage to acknowledge what you’re doing! I’d like to ask you something that hopefully, can help you get that amazing ebook out into the world…

Think about that parent who is struggling with how to raise her teenager… Are you willing to continue to withhold your assistance from her? And from that teenager?

AND the GREAT thing about an ebook is that you can always and easily update it if you do want to make changes.

Love the quote you shared!! Thanks and set your ebook FREE! Love, Maritza
