Today I want to talk with you about the importance of taking a “Seminar Decompression Day”. 

What do I mean by that? 

Whenever you go to a seminar, conference or mastermind during which you learn a lot, it is incredibly important to take a day off before returning to real life. This is because even when you go to an event and get all kinds of great ideas and thoughts, once you return home real life inevitably gets in the way and it is hard to capitalize on what you learned and thought about during the event. You need a day to review your new material and begin planning.
