The other day I had a really scary experience with one of my horses – a riding accident – which I haven’t had in years. I was thrown over my horse’s head and planted head and shoulder first into the sand of my riding arena.

Thankfully, I got away bruised and battered but no broken bones.

What did surprise me is that I KNEW something was going to go wrong.

And, I didn’t listen to myself… Are you listening to your intuition in your business?

Hey, Maritza … Thanks for this great reminder. I usually pay attention to my intuition when working with horses, but often forget to do the same in running my business. So glad you weren’t injured from your fall from your horse and I hope you were wearing a helmet! Your brain is too special to risk injury.

Anne, I was NOT wearing a helmet!!! It made me think about starting to, though…

Isn’t it funny that we all have this internal guidance that we sometimes ignore! It really made me more conscious of listening to myself in all areas.
