Sorry, Maritza, But I’m crying! Don’t really feel motivated by this, except to hug our rescues and be with them as much as I can. Animals are so wonderful. Too bad Capricho only lived to be 12. We’ve got horses here that almost make it to 30.

Gotta go whip myself in shape.

  I’m sure your rescues loved the hugs! Animals are definitely the best and I’ve often wished they lived longer… but as the saying goes, I’d rather have loved hard and lost than never loved at all!

  yes, I am very GRATEFUL I had my favorite horse and his son for many years – now I have a grandson and he’s just turned 3 so I’m going to start riding him soon – I can’t wait to see how he turns out!! 🙂
